摘　　要：生产者延伸责任是为实现循环经济的各国立法之一,结合循环经济的核心内涵,生产者延伸责任是作为一个整体而存在的环境保护和循环经济立法中的一个专用法学术语,是指在循环经济的发展模式下要求产品生命周期的所有利益相关者,承担一定的环境保护的法定义务,希望或要求生产者等利益相关者在人类的生产和消费以及消费后废弃物的处置上均能采用对环境友好的行为,实现对产品的设计、原材料的利用、产品生产中、产品消费后的处置方面,即产品的整个生命周期内实现污染排放的减量化、废弃物的资源化和废弃物处置的无害化。Extended producer responsibility (EPR) is one of the national legislation to develop the circular economy in many countries.
