摘　　要：《伤寒论》"三阴三阳"理论可代表6种不同的体质类型,即人群可分成太阳体质、阳明体质、少阳体质、太阴体质、少阴体质、厥阴体质6种类型。该理论可运用于糖尿病及其并发症的防治。最容易得糖尿病的体质类型为阳明体质、少阳体质、太阴体质、少阴体质、厥阴体质5种。三阴三阳体质辨证对糖尿病教育有重要的现实意义,不同体质的人性格特点、并发症倾向不同,可针对不同体质,有的放矢的进行健康宣教,更有效的防治糖尿病及其并发症。"Tri-Yin Tri-Yang" theory in Shanghanlun,on behalf of six different types of physical, that people can be divided into physical Tai-Yang, Yang-Ming , Shao-Yang, Tai-Yin, Shao-Yin, Jue-Yin.
