摘　　要：冠心病严重威胁着人类的健康,其中不稳定性心绞痛是急性冠脉综合征的重要表现类型之一,介于稳定性心绞痛和急性心肌梗死之间,属中医"心痛"、"胸痹"范畴。中医学者依照中医特色的辨证论治方法,对该病着重从调节整体机能入手,能很好的改善临床症状,在治疗及预防中独具优势。针对瘀、虚、痰、毒在临床与实验中得出的有效治法方药,为临床医务工作者治疗不稳定性心绞痛提供更多的借鉴与依据。Coronary heart disease threat the health of human beings profoundly,including unstable angina patients between unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction which is an important type of acute coronary syndrome performance,and comes into the domain of "painful"or"Chest" in Chinese medicine.
