川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后线粒体功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨川芎嗪对局灶性脑缺血再灌注后大鼠线粒体膜流动性和线粒体膜脂质堆积密度的影响,从线粒体角度探讨其抗脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。方法:将40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即假手术组、模型对照组、川芎嗪组、尼莫地平组,每组10只。建立脑缺血再灌注模型,川芎嗪组腹腔注射川芎嗪注射液40mg/kg。结果:川芎嗪组线粒体膜η,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);川芎嗪组线粒体膜脂质堆积密度显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:川芎嗪能提高大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤时脑组织线粒体膜脂流动性,可显著提高脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑组织线粒体膜脂质堆积密度。Objective:After discussing the rhizome of Chuanxiongzine rat brain ischemia pours into again, rat mitochondrion membrane fluidity and mitochondrion membrane lipin stack density influence, discusses it the anti-brain ischemia from the mitochondrion angle to pour into the damage again the function mechanism.
