摘　　要：成体干细胞(adult stem cells,ASC)存在于胎儿和成人的各种组织器官中,来源广泛,不涉及伦理问题。ASC有横向分化(transdifferentiation)的能力,对揭示不同胚层细胞间相互分化的生物学意义和机制具有重要学术价值,并可以为临床细胞移植治疗开辟新的途径,也为终末期肝病的治疗提供了新思路。本文对成体干细胞加以分类并综述了各种成体干细胞向肝细胞分化的研究进展,对成体干细胞在肝脏疾病细胞治疗上的应用及前景作了总结和展望。The adult stem cell ASC resides in varied tissues and organs in fetal and adult with many sources that does not involve ethics.It has transdifferentiation ability to reveal the biological significance and its mechanism has important academic value with varied germinal layer differentiation each other and develops new way for clinical cell transplantation and supply a new consideration for late stage of liver treatment.This paper had summarized varied ASC differentiated to liver cell based on classification ...
