颈椎暴裂骨折脱位前后路同时减压术中前路钢板的应用

摘　　要：对颈椎暴裂骨折脱位采用颈前后路同时减压、后路复位、前路植骨及纯钛钢板内固定术,不仅有效地解除了颈段脊髓硬膜和神经根的受压,亦有效地解决了颈椎暴裂骨折脱位所致的颈椎不稳定和植骨块的移位、脱落、塌陷问题,避免了术后脊髓受压并发症的发生。在37例病例中,随诊0.6~3年,平均2年,未发生脊椎不稳定、植骨块移位、脱落及塌陷,临床疗效满意。Cervical vertebra bursting fracture-dislocation was treated with anterior-decompression,posterior reduction and Titan plate fixation.This method not only can release compression of cervical segments theca vertebralis and nerve root effectively,but also can resolve cervical unstable and the problems of graft bone such as malposition,abscission or sinking after cervical vertebra bursting fracture-dislocation.The method avoid the complication of spinal compression post operation.37 cases were average followed-...
