摘　　要：目的观察血管内超声消融联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法选择32例糖尿病足患者手术。首先抽取自体骨髓干细胞260 mL,分离出单个核细胞悬浊液40 mL。采用经皮股动脉穿刺或显露切开插入超声消融导管,在动脉造影监视下进行血管内超声消融,后将干细胞悬浊液注射小腿缺血肌肉内局部。结果32例患者术后跛行距离增加,冷、凉感觉得到改善。结论血管内超声消融联合自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足是一种有效的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells in treatment of patients with diabetic feet.Methods 32 patients with diabetic feet were treated with ultrasound ablation and autologous transplantation of bone marrow mononuclear cells.Through percutaneous approach or surgical approach the ultrasound ablation catheter was inserted into occluded arterial segments.After ablation performed,autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells were di...
