摘　　要：通过对高校实验室师资队伍的现存问题分析,提出了一些措施,让实验室师资队伍在教育创新、知识创新、管理创新中发挥更大的作用。This paper put forward some solution to the current problems which exist in the construction of the staff of university laboratory.It will make the staff of laboratory play a more important role in the innovation of education,innovation of knowledge and innovation of management.
