摘　　要：通过阐述高校设备资产流失的原因和表现形式,探索防止资产流失的对策,提出实施资产管理责任制作为最有效的保障手段。This paper expounded and analyzed the causes of the loss of university s assets and its form of expression,explored the settlement to prevent the loss of assets,and proposed that the best method is an implementation of assets management responsibility mechanism.
