摘 要:以多刚体动力学理论为基础 ,建立了开闩抽筒过程的动力学模型 ,借助多体动力学分析软件ADAMS ,对抽筒过程进行了仿真计算 ,针对药筒在抽筒落地过程中的多次反弹现象提出了 3种挡筒装置的改进方案 .在不同工况下分别对不同方案进行仿真计算 ,对仿真结果进行比较 ,从中选出了最佳方案 。Based on multi rigid body dynamic theory, the dynamic equations were established for the process of a gun's opening blocks and casting containers. The process of casting containers was simulated with the aid of ADAMS. Aiming at the container's rebounding from ground, three improved schemes of baffle were put forward. Simulation results in different working conditions were obtained. The optimum scheme was selected out, which was the basis of optimization of the mechanism.
