摘　　要：目的:探讨应用股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法:应用股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折36例并进行随访。结果:全部病例经1~26个月随访,平均16.6个月,均获得骨性愈合,并无严重并发症发生。结论:股骨近端髓内钉具有创伤小、设计合理、允许患者早期活动,是理想的股骨粗隆间骨折的内固定物之一。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of aged intertrochanteric femoral fracture by PFN.Methods:36 cases of aged intertrochanteric femoral fracture treated by PFN and followed up.Results:All the patients followed up for 1 to 26 monts(average 16.6 months) got bone union and no severe complication.Conclusion:PFN is one of optimized internal fixation to treat intertrochanteric fracture with the characteristic of less lesion,rational design,and ealier motion of patients.
