摘　　要：目的探讨喉罩在危重病例抢救中建立人工气道的应用价值。方法对我科6年来应用喉罩建立人工气道抢救307例危重患者资料进行回顾分析。结果所有病例都快速成功置入喉罩,建立有效人工气道,所需时间仅为25s～60s。结论应用喉罩建立人工气道时具有操作简便、快速、有效、成功率高、并发症少、易学易懂、经济实用等优点,值得向基层推广。Objective To investigate the application value of laryngeal mask on the critical patients rescued by establishing artificial airway.Methods 307 patients were analyzed retrospectively in our department in recent 6 years,who were rescued by establishing artifical airway by laryngeal mask.Results The patients were all layed laryngeal mask rapidly and successfully,which cost 25～60 seconds.Conclusion Establishing artifical airway by laryngeal mask has the following advantages:operating easily and rapidly,effecti...
