摘　　要：目的探讨腕部切割伤Ⅰ期显微外科修复手术治疗的疗效。方法16例腕部切割伤均采用显微镜或显微外科技术进行修复手术治疗。结果采用显微外科技术治疗的患者,副损伤程度轻,手术修复效果确切,远期预后好。结论腕部切割伤Ⅰ期显微外科修复手术治疗能进一步降低创伤和副损伤,促进损伤组织的早期愈合,为早期功能锻炼提供根本保障。Objective To explore the effect of One-stage Repair of Incised Wound in Palmaris with microsurgery Technique.Methods 16 cases of Incised Wound in Palmaris were repaired using microscope or microsurgery Technique.Results The patients of using microsurgical technique treated with the light degree of side injury,the exact effect of surgical repair,and the long-term prognosis is good.Conclusion Incised Wound in Palmaris were repaired using One-stage microsurgery technique can further reduce the trauma and vice ...
