摘　　要：电大科研档案工作者需要具备的能力是多方面的,但主要应该具备信息处理的能力、语言表达的能力、创新工作的能力、参与科研的能力、网络服务的能力。所以,电大科研档案工作者必需不断提高自身素质,努力提高工作能力,使科研档案工作更好地服务于电大的科研工作和教学工作。The abilities of TV University archivists of scientific research should have are multiple,but the main ones include the ability of message process,language express,work innovation,participating in scientific research,and network service,etc.Therefore,TV University archivists should continuously improve their own qualities and work abilities in order to make them serve the scientific research work and teaching work better.
