摘　　要：本文介绍了海南联通对动力环境监控系统的建设过程,详细描述了对监控系统的科学和正确的使用情况,以及监控系统给海南联通所带来的运维管理水平的提高和节能降耗的实现,以真实的案例论证了监控系统对于运维管理的精细化建设、实现企业节能的意义。This paper gives an introduction to the constructions of power and environment supervision system in Hainan branch of China Unicom, and a detailed description on the scientific operation of power and environment supervision system, the improvements on operation and maintenance management by Hainan branch, and decreases on energy consumption. It also demonstrates the intensive operation and maintenance management and energy-saving by the supervision system in actual cases.
