摘　　要：胃阴是胃阳功能活动的物质基础,二者相辅相承,共同完成胃主受纳、腐熟、通降的生理功能。随着慢性胃炎、糖尿病等疾病发病率的升高,中医胃阴理论被更加广泛的应用于临床。进一步探讨胃阴理论,对于指导临床实践,具有重要意义。Gastric Yin is the material base of functional activity of Gastric Yang.They cooperate with each other and finish the physical function of the stomach to receive,digest and transform water and food.When the incidence rate of chronic gastritis,diabetes mellitas and other diseases rise,Gastric Yin Theory in TCM is more generally used in clinic.So,to guide clinical practice,it is significant to further discuss the Gastric Yin Theory in TCM.
