五首补益方对环磷酰胺诱导突变型P_(53)基因表达上调的抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究五首补益方对环磷酰胺诱导突变型P53基因表达上调的抑制作用。方法:应用流式细胞术检测P53基因的表达。结果:环磷酰胺能造成小鼠突变型P53基因表达上调(环磷酰胺组的平均荧光强度与对照组相比P<0.01),5种补益方能不同程度地抑制环磷酰胺对突变型P53基因表达的上调作用(几种不同的补益方用药组的平均荧光强度分别与环磷酰胺组相比P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:五首补益方对环磷酰胺诱导突变型P53基因表达上调具有抑制作用。Objective:To observe the inhibitory effect of 5 kinds of Tonic Decoction on the expression of mutant P53 gene.Methods:The inhibitory effect was investigated with the help of flow cytometry.Results: cyclophosphamide can induce the expression of mutant P53(compared with control group,the mean fluorescence intensity of the group treated with cyclophosphamide P<0.01),and 5 kinds of tonic decoction have the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide(compared with cyclophosphamide group,the average fluorescence int...
