摘　　要：目的了解朝阳区社区卫生服务中心的急救能力,为社区急救站点的建设提供科学的参考依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对朝阳区40家社区卫生服务中心的急救基本设施、急诊医疗服务人员和急诊医疗服务开展情况等进行调查。结果有81.8%的社区卫生服务中心急救车的急救设施配备不齐;院内急救设施的配备存在大量缺口;急诊医疗服务人员35岁以下者占56.7%,以初级职称和大专学历为主;18家单位设有独立工作区的急诊室,占51.4%。结论社区卫生服务中心开展急救医疗服务有其优势,但需要在急救设施的配备、人员的急救技术培训方面加以改进。Objective To know the first aid ability of community health services centers so as to give some reference to the construction of first aid stations.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was taken to conduct investigation on the basic facilities,conditions of personnel for first aid and emergency medical services in 40 community health services centers.Results The first aid facilities of ambulance in 81.8% of the community health services centers were not complete,and there was a big defect in first aid faci...
