摘　　要：目的探讨β-半乳糖苷结合蛋白-3(Galectin-3)表达与肺腺癌淋巴及胸膜转移的关系。方法采用鼠抗人Galectin-3单克隆抗体和免疫组化链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法,检测63例肺原发性腺癌和34例胸膜转移性腺癌(均来自肺,影像学显示为非直接侵袭病灶)中Galectin-3的表达。结果发现Galectin-3同时存在于胞浆及胞核,未见单独的胞核表达。肺原发性腺癌胞浆、胞核表达阳性率分别为92.1%、31.7%,胞核表达与淋巴结转移(P=0.03)、临床分期有关(P<0.05)。胸膜转移性腺癌胞浆、胞核阳性率分别为97.1%、85.3%,胞核表达明显高于肺原发性腺癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细胞核内Galectin-3可能增强肺腺癌细胞侵袭转移潜能,可作为判断淋巴结转移和/或胸膜转移的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the correlation between galectin-3 and lymphatic metastasis and pleural metastasis in adenocarcinoma of the lung.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine expression of galectin-3 in 63 primary lung adenocarcinomas specimens and 34 adenocarcinomas metastatic of pleural specimens.Results The patterns of galectin-3 expression were cytoplasmic and nuclear.All cases of nuclear galectin-3 also showed a cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.In primary tumors the positive galectin-3 expres...
