摘　　要：目的探讨危重冠心病患者围手术期应用主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)的疗效。方法分析2001年8月至2008年2月38例围手术期应用IABP的患者资料。结果本组存活25例,死亡13例,病死率34.21%。冠心病术前应用IABP者病死率12.50%(1/8),术中应用者28.57%(6/21),术后应用者66.67%(6/9)。术前和术中应用者病死率明显低于术后应用者。结论IABP是一种安全、有效的循环辅助方式,及早使用能降低病死率。Objective To evaluate the effect of the intra-aortic balloon pump(IABP) in critical patients with coronary disease undergoing cardiac operations.Methods The clinical data of 38 patients undergoing cardiac operations with application of IABP from August 2001 to February 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.
