摘　　要：目的建立丹参酮胶囊中隐丹参酮的含量测定法。方法采用HPLC法测定含量:ThermoODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长263nm,流速1.0mL?min-1;柱温:25℃。结果隐丹参酮分离完全,加样回收率为97.16%,RSD为1.0%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确。Objective To establish a method for the determination of cryptotanshinone in Danshentong capsules.Methods The determination was performed by HPLC with Thermo ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) column, methanol-water(75:25)as mobile phase, wavelenghth at 263nm and a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1;column temperature was at 25℃ .Results Cryptotanshinone was separated completely.The mean recovery was 97.16% and RSD was 1.0% .Conclusion This method was simple ,rapid and accurate.
