摘　　要：目的建立三子养亲汤中木犀草素的含量测定方法,并探讨其炮制意义。方法HPLC法:C18色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸(55:45);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:350nm。结果木犀草素线性范围为0.16μg～0.82μg,RSD为2.56%。结论方法可靠,稳定可行,三子养亲汤用炒品配方可促进木犀草素的溶出。Objective To set up the method of the mensuration of the content of luteoin and discuss the significance of processing in Sanzi Yangqin Tang.Methods HPLC was adopted with C18 column,and the mobile phase was carbinol-0.2%phosphoric acid(55:45).The flow rate was 1mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 350nm.Results The linear range of luteoin is 0.16μg～0.82μg with RSD of 2.56%.Conclusion The result was showed that the method is accurate, stabile and feasible, the processing product can promote the disso...
