摘　　要：采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定麦饭石中的硒。在优化的实验条件下,标准曲线的线性范围为0～20ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.40ng/mL。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.69%(n=11),加标回收率为92.0%～106.0%。该方法测定麦饭石中的硒是可行的。Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to the determination of selenium in medicinal stone.Under the optimum conditions,the concentration of selenium was linear with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 0-20 ng/mL.The related coefficient was 0.9997,and the detection limit was 0.40 ng/mL.The relative standard deviation of detection results was 0.69%(n=11),the recoveries were 92.0%-106.0%.The method was suitable for the determination of selenium in medicinal stone.
