摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国公益慈善组织发展迅速,已逐渐成为建设社会主义和谐社会的重要力量。但是,我国公益慈善组织在发展的过程中还存在着许多问题,表现在公益慈善组织准入门槛高,公益慈善组织募捐款物困难,公益慈善组织缺乏独立性,公益慈善组织税收优惠政策少,公益慈善组织法律法规不健全,公益慈善组织监督管理滞后和公益慈善组织人才匮乏等方面。消解这些问题的主要对策是:加大媒体对公益慈善组织的宣传力度,培育公益慈善组织的募捐能力,公开公益慈善组织的信息,处理好公益慈善组织与政府的关系,制定公益慈善组织发展的税收优惠政策,重视公益慈善组织法制建设,强化对公益慈善组织的监督,加强公益慈善组织工作队伍建设。Since reforming and opening,our nation s public charitable organization is expanding by leaps and bounds,and they have become an important force in building the harmonious society of socialism.But there still exists a lot of problem in the development of our country public charitable organization,presented in the form of: the public charitable organization s entry threshold Is high,the public charitable organization have difficulty in donation collection;the charitable organization is in not independent;the...
