摘　　要：分析了396系列大功率高速柴油机2项铝卡箍新产品模锻件的锻造工艺性,提出了2项铝卡箍模锻件开发的总体优化方案,制定了2项铝卡箍锻件模锻工艺和锻模设计的具体实施优化方案,达到了2项铝卡箍新产品锻件开发优质、高效和低耗的效果。The development of 2 types of aluminum clamps in the 396 series diesel engine was regarded as a system engineering,which required overall arrangement,systematic management,combination between technology and management.During the developing process,the forging process of the 2 aluminum clamps were analyzed before the optimized forging process and forging die design were presented in order to improve product quality and production efficiency,and to reduce consumption.
