摘　　要：本文应用层次分析法,根据问卷调查的结果得出影响工作选择的七个主要因素,结合三种工作岗位的特点构造递阶层次结构,通过构造判断矩阵,进行排序计算和一致性的检验,得出了大学生择业岗位的取向。According to the survey,It came to the conclusion that affected the choice of the work by seven key factors,then combined with the characteristics of three types of work,adopted by the judge matrix structure,and Carried on the sorting computation and the uniform examination. The reliable scientific guidance was provided for the under graduates when they faced with choices .
