摘　　要：东北亚的国际合作时代已经到来,但由于历史遗留下来的问题及各国间的体制差异、利益冲突等诸多原因,使其交流与合作面临许多障碍。因此,应构筑东北亚国际和谐的社会环境,加强各国间的相互沟通和理解,达到"各美其美"、"美美与共"、"天下大同"之目的。Though the era of the international cooperation has arrived in the Northeast Asia,the exchange and cooperation among the nations still face impediments,such as problems left over by history,system differences and conflicts of interests.Therefore,a harmonious social environment should be built in Northeast Asia,and communication and understanding among nations must be reinforced so that the goal of 'keeping one s own feature','superiority co-existence','harmonizing diversities' would be realized at last.
