摘　　要：从2000年以后,中朝贸易在贸易规模、商品结构、贸易收支、贸易形态以及交易的地区分布等多方面发生了一系列变化。这些变化的原因是多方面的,但最重要的是中国企业对朝投资的扩大。目前两国贸易中存在着进出口规模小、贸易结算难、朝方违约现象严重等一系列问题。朝核危机的早日解决和朝鲜经济恢复以及中国企业采取贸易与投资相结合战略是进一步扩大中朝贸易的关键。A series of changes such as trade scales,goods structure,trade balance,trade form and the regional distribution of Sino-North Korean trade have taken place after 2000.The most important cause of these changes is that the investments of China s enterprises in DPRK are increasing.However,problems like small-scaled import and export,difficulties in trade settlement,frequent breaches of contract still exist.The solution of nuclear crisis in DPRK,its economic recovery,and the adoption of China s trading plus inv...
