摘　　要：加速"石油农业"生产模式向环境友好型农业发展模式的转化有赖于环境友好型农业技术的发展。文章针对环境友好型农业技术发展中所面临的技术约束、制度约束、供给和需求市场约束进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议。To enable "oil-agriculture" to transform into environment-friendly agriculture is to rely on the further development of environment-friendly agricultural technology. The technical constraints, the system dilemmas, and the restrictions of market demand and supply arising from the environment-friendly agriculture development are analyzed, as well as some countermeasures achieving environment-friendly agriculture are proposed.
