摘　　要：首先介绍了不完全样本的PP图,并比较了PP图和Kolmogorov-Smirnov检验的功效函数,得出PP图是更具解释性的拟合优度检验图。在PP图的应用中,对步加寿命试验中的分布与加速方程进行了检验。The PP plot of an incomplete sample is introduced. It is found from the comparison of the power function of PP plot with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test that the PP plot is a more interpretable graphical goodness-of-fit test. In the application of PP plots, the distribution and accelerated equation of a step-stress accelerated life testing are examined.
