摘　　要：测量了罗丹明B丙三醇溶液的斯托克斯参数,首次将其应用于荧光偏振态的讨论,并由此计算了荧光偏振度和各向异性.经检验,数据与实验结果较为吻合.The Stokes parameters of the fluorescence of Rhodamine B glycerol solution were measured,and the results were applied to discussion of the fluorescence polarization.After calculation of degree of polarization and anisotropy from the data,it is found that the obtained data are in good agreement with the experimental results.
