摘　　要：老年人随着年龄增加会出现多器官功能减退。临床中,老年肾功能不全患者使用经肾脏排泄的药物,不仅要考虑机体器官衰老相关的生理改变,同时也应考虑慢性肾脏疾病对药物疗效及药物代谢等方面的影响。本文回顾老年人群的药物代谢特征,综述老年肾功能不全患者临床常用药物的合理应用。Elderly patients more often present with multiple organ failure.Usage of renal excretion drugs in elderly patients with renal insuffi ciency must be considered not only aging physiology,but also effects and pharmacokinetics variability.The purpose of this report is to review the reasonable clinical application of drugs in elderly patients with renal insuffi ciency.
