摘　　要：唐山沿海地区是陆地、大气、海洋相交的地区,地质环境脆弱,是地质灾害高发区。对唐山沿海地区因不合理水资源开发而引起的一系列环境水文工程地质问题进行了深入研究,并且提出了唐山沿海水资源可持续利用措施,为唐山市生产力布局向沿海地区转移及其曹妃甸工业区建设提供了地质依据。The coastal region of Tangshan is the land,atmospheric and ocean intersection area.Its geological environment is frail and the geologic disaster happened here frequently.Environmental hydrological geological problems and environmental engineering geological problems caused by water resource exploitation are studied,and provides the geological basis for the Tangshan productivity layout transfers to the coastal area and the Cao Feidian port-engineering construction.
