空巢老人白内障术后院外护理干预的研究

摘　　要：目的探索空巢老人白内障术后院外护理干预的模式。方法按随机原则对白内障超声乳化吸除术+人工晶体植入术140例患者随机分为两组。干预组出院后继续进行健康教育等护理干预,对照组不施加任何护理干预措施。结果院外护理干预可有效提高患者遵医行为和自护能力,减少术后远期并发症,改善患者的心理功能、社会功能及日常生活能力,干预前后差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论院外护理干预可有效解决空巢老人白内障术后自我护理的困难,减少因护理不当而引起的术后并发症,促进患者术后康复。Objective To study the out-hospital attendance mode for postcataracted patients with empty nest.Methods 140 patients after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were divided into treated group and untreated group randomly,Patients of treated group were given a healthy educational attendance continuously when were discharged;Patients of untreated group were given no intervention.Results The healthy educational attendance could effectively elevate the patients compliance and self-care capabil...
