摘　　要：近10年的持续扩招形成的巨大增量造成高校毕业生整体就业难度加大。地方政府的角色把握不准助长了高校扩张的盲目性。地方政府宏观层面和微观层面的管理不到位导致地方高校的扩张脱离了区域经济社会发展需求。借鉴国际经验,制定省域高等教育规划,强化省级地方政府在高校分层管理与发展中的责任,加强地方政府对所属高校重大事项决策的干预力度,促进高校理性决策,有助于化解地方高校毕业生就业难题。Continually 10 years to enlarge enrollment of universities hardened the employ situation of graduate students,and improper actions from local government fosteraged the blindness of enlarge enrollment.Insufficient management of local government caused the enlarging enrollment of universities to be a detached action to regional economic development.So we should draw lessons from international experiences to take suchlike measures to deal with the employment difficulty: making provisional higher education plan...
