摘　　要：等径角挤压(Equal Channel Angular Pressing)是一种利用纯剪切变形细化晶粒的大塑性变形加工方法,已引起人们的极大关注。通过大量ECAP挤压实验,对模具结构有了新的认识,并提出了改进模具的方法。ECAP is a plastic deformation processing method of refining grain by pure shear deformation,which has attracted people great attention. Through a large amount of ECAP experiments,a new understanding for the die structure was gained and the methods of improving die were put forward.
