摘　　要：目前在我国,利用金融票据或针对金融票据而实施的诈骗犯罪案件,呈逐年递增趋势,并且涉案金额巨大,对金融管理秩序造成的危害也越来越严重。本文立足于金融实际,考察票据诈骗犯罪问题,针对票据诈骗犯罪的特点和规律,力图对这一新型经济犯罪进行全面系统的分析,从票据诈骗犯罪的概念特征、具体类型、犯罪构成及打击与防范角度,进行深入的分析和探讨,以期对我国票据诈骗犯罪问题的研究有所裨益。In today s China,Bill fraud is a very rampant crime which gets involved in huge amount of money and it has done a great harm to the financial management structure.This paper adhered to the real situation of finance,examined bills fraud issues,analyzed the characteristics and laws of fraud and gave a general analysis of the new typed economic crime by probing into it from the angles of concept features,specific types,the constitution of crimes and the stance against crimes,looking forward to promoting the st...
