摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺与中药结合治疗肝阳上亢型头痛105例的临床疗效。[方法]治宜平肝潜阳,熄风止痛,方用天麻钩藤饮加减配合针刺治疗。[结果]针刺配合中药治疗肝阳上亢型头痛35例与中药治疗35例、针灸治疗35例。其有效率分别为97.1%和91.4%、94.3%。[结论]针刺配合中药治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛比单独服用中药治疗或单纯针刺治疗效果更佳,值得进一步推广。[Objective] To observe the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of 105 cases of hyperactivity-type headache clinical efficacy.[Methods] Treatment for Pinggan Qianyang,Xifeng pain relief,side by Tianmagouteng drink and acupuncture treatment of addition and subtraction.[Results] with acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment of 35 cases of hyperactivity-type headache with Chinese medicine treatment of 35 cases,35 cases of acupuncture treatment.Their effective rates were 97.1% and 91.4%,9...
