逍遥散加减治疗特发性水肿53例

摘　　要：特发性水肿,其本在胃,其标在肺,其制在脾。治宜首当疏利,冀其肝得疏,气得行,血得活,脾得运,肿得消。以肝论治,使肝气舒,脾气旺,用疏肝解郁,健脾利湿为基本治法。治疗53例,痊愈42例,好转11例。Idiopathic edema,and its present in the stomach,the superscript in the lungs,its system in the spleen.When the first appropriate treatment Shu-li,Ji its liver was sparse,anger line was living blood and spleen were shipped,swollen extinction.To liver,so liver Shu,temper-wang,using Shugan Jieyu,spleen dampness as the basic governance law.Treatment of 53 cases,42 cases recovered,11 cases improved.
