摘　　要：病案工作人员的职业健康问题包括生物性、物理性及心理性等方面,其防护措施多种多样,既有医院领导责任,也有病案工作人员个人责任。希望全社会都来重视病案工作人员的职业健康与防护问题。occupational health of medical record personnel include biologization,physicalization and psychologization,which protection measures are varied.Not only senior management echelon of hospital but also every medical record personnel have responsibilities of it.Hopefully the entire society should attach importance to the occupational health and protection of medical record personnel.
