养阴清肺汤加减治疗喉源性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察养阴清肺汤加减治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。[方法]将96例喉源性咳嗽患者按随机原则分为治疗组51例和对照组45例,治疗组予养阴清肺汤加减口服,对照组予阿莫西林、金嗓子喉宝、联邦止咳露治疗。5天1个疗程,2个疗程观察疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈32例(62.7%),显效10例(19.6%);对照组治愈12例(26.7%),显效8例(17.8%)。经秩和检验,治疗组明显优于对照组(z=-4.305,P<0.01)。[结论]养阴清肺汤加减对喉源性咳嗽的治疗具有明显疗效。[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of throat-derived cough treated by modified yangyin qingfei decoction.[Methods]96 cases of throat-derived cough were randomLy divided into a treatment group and a control group,51 cases in the treatment group and 45cases in the control group.The treatment group were treated by modified yangyin qingfei decoction,the control group by Amoxicillin,Federal Cough Syrup and Golden Throat lozenge for 2 therapeutic course,5 days constituting one course.[Results] The cured ca...
