摘　　要：目的观察胺磺酮对重症患者术后快速性心律失常的疗效。方法对100例经心电图或心电监护确诊为快速性心律失常的患者,随机分为治疗组(胺磺酮组)50例,对照组(普罗帕酮组)50例,评价两组其他条件具有可比性。观察两组疗效及不良反应评价。结果治疗组疗效及不良反应评价优于对照组。结论胺磺酮对重症患者术后快速性心律失常的控制较普罗帕酮更为安全可靠。Objective To investigate cordarone in the treatment of the acute patients with speediness arrhythmia after operation.Methods 100 acute patients with speediness arrhythmia after operation(diagnosed by electrocardiogram or electrocardiogram monitor),whom were distribute to 2 teams by chance(The 50 patients in one team were treated with cordarone,and 50 patients in another team were treated with propafenonc),and make sure the patients in different teams are in the same condition.then to investigate curative ef...
