2007年度我院精神药物在门诊处方中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析中山大学附属第一医院门诊处方精神药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法取2007年1～12月中山大学附属第一医院含有精神药物的处方,对精神药物的用药品种、用药频度、药物间相互作用等进行统计分析。结果在35462张精神药物处方中,苯二氮卓类药处方数占到精神药物总处方的80.47%。293张处方中有潜在的药物相互作用。结论为避免发生药物间相互作用,对精神药物安全、合理的使用须引起临床重视。Objective To investigate the outpaitent use of psychotropic drugs in The First Affiliated Hospital of Yat-Sen University for references of rational drug use.Methods The outpatient prescriptions of psychotropic drugs in 2007 in The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University were collected for a statistical analysis in respect of the variety,DDDs and drug interactions of psychotropic drugs.Results Of the total 35,462 prescriptions reviewed,80.47 % involved use of Benzodiazepines.293 were found to hav...
