摘　　要：目的:分析中青年糖尿病DR人群疾病进展和治疗顺从性的特点。方法:对235例糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者的疾病进展情况和治疗情况调查。结果:中青年DR组1、2型糖尿病患者DR进展无差异而与老年DR组比较则差异明显,中青年DR组进展高于老年DR组。中青年组治疗顺从性与老年组比较差异明显,中青年组治疗顺从性较老年组差。讨论:中青年DR患者治疗顺从性差可能是导致DR进展的重要因素。应当注意加强中青年糖尿病患者指导和教育。Objectives:To compare and analyze disease evolvement and therapy obedience between youth and middle-age diabetic retinopathy(DR)crowd and elder DR crowd.Methods:Disease evolvement and therapy obedience of 235 DR cases were investigated.Results:Disease evolvement of youth and middle-age DR patients had no difference among themselves,while existed significant difference compared with elder DR group,with higher evolvement.Therapy obedience of youth and middle-age group had also significant difference compared ...
