摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人血管内皮抑制素联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌毒副反应的观察和护理。方法:对应用重组人血管内皮抑制素联合化疗治疗26例ⅢA～Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者在治疗前及治疗中采取心理护理及护理干预。结果:本组发生心脏不良反应6例,发生率为23.08%;胃肠道反应综合征10例,发生率为38.46%;18例患者出现了不同程度的骨髓抑制,发生率为68.46%,其它不良反应有皮疹、发热、疲乏,发生率为19.23%。及时给予对症处理和护理干预后,均能有效控制,本组26例患者全部顺利完成治疗。结论:严格掌握用药规程,密切观察药物毒副反应,加强心理护理、护理干预可使患者积极主动配合治疗,减少不良反应的发生,确保治疗的顺利进行。Objective:To observe the side effects of recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy to treat the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, and to investigate nursing care during the treatment.Methods: Twenty-six patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer obtained psychic and somatic nursing care before and during treatment of recombinant human endostatin combined with chemotherapy.Results: Cardiac side effects occurred in 6 patients (23.08%), gastrointestinal reaction syndrome o...
