摘　　要：根据企事业单位人力资源管理的需要,利用Visual Foxpro 6.0数据库应用软件,在对职工各方面情况进行详细分类的基础上,经过系统分析与设计,开发了某单位的人事管理系统;该系统可对人员信息进行采集、存储、加工、维护和使用,并通过信息录入、查询、打印、更新等功能的运用,实现人员信息的计算机化管理,提高信息的准确性和工作效率。According to the requirements of the human resources management in enterprises and the catego-rization of detailed information of staff,a human resources management system is developed with software based on Visual Foxpro 6.0.This system could be used to gather,store,process,maintain and make use of the information of staff.By inputting,inquiring,printing,and updating,the information of staff could be managed by computer to improve the accuracy of information and the efficiency.
