摘 要:分别采用手工钨极氩弧焊工艺和搅拌摩擦焊工艺对3mm厚5A06铝合金进行焊接,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析测试手段,研究不同工艺下的接头组织和性能。结果表明,钨极氩弧焊接头由于热输入量较大生成了粗大的铸态组织,而搅拌摩擦焊接头发生动态再结晶,生成细小的等轴晶粒,导致搅拌摩擦焊接头的抗拉强度和疲劳强度都比钨极氩弧焊接头的高。The 3mm thick 5A06 aluminum alloy welding experiments were done by TIG and FSW processes. Furthermore, the structures and properties of welding joint were examined and analyzed by means of optical microscope and SEM etc. The detection of microstructure was indicated that the crystal sizes of TIG became coarse because of lots of heat input and long- time exposure at a high temperature.
