我国大学生运动员招收培养方式的思考

摘　　要：运用社会学、预测学、文化学等基本理论,采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等基本研究方法,通过对我国目前运动员管理体制和大学生运动员招收的分析,借鉴国外成功的经验,研究伦敦奥运会后我国运动员管理制度的发展趋势,以期为我国竞技体育的发展提供新的思路。This article uses the literature material law,the logic analytic method and other fundamental research methods,through analysing the managment system of Chinese athletes at present,mainly on university student athletes recruitment,as well as the success experience from the overseas,studying the tendency of our country athletes managment system development to provide the new mentality to take the time as our country athletics sports development.
