摘 要:总结了以太网实时问题的研究现状,以工业控制过程为背景,分析了以太网端到端的通信延迟并给出计算方法.通过仿真实验,讨论了在同时、随机、调度三种信息发送方式下,标准以太网和快速以太网的实时特性.研究表明,快速以太网的实时能力明显优于标准以太网;在网络负荷低时调度发送方式的实时性能最优,但存在明显的频率转折点;在网络负荷饱和时三种信息发送方式的实时性能没有显著差别.Based on the research status of real-time Ethernet, End-to-End delay of Ethernet in industrial control processes was analyzed, and its calculation procedure was presented. Through simulation experiment, the real-time characteristics of standard Ethernet and fast ethernet under three information releasing modes (synchronous, random, scheduled) were discussed. The results show that the real-time performance of fast Ethernet is obviously better than that of standard Ethernet; and in low traffic load, the real-time performance of Ethernet under scheduled releasing mode is the best, but a visible frequency turning point exists, and when the traffic load is saturated, there is no difference under the three information releasing modes.
