摘　　要：对国家二级重点保护野生植物舟山新木姜子种质资源、生境调查情况、繁殖与栽培技术及开发利用现状等作了较全面的论述,根据舟山新木姜子的特性及其利用价值提出了相应的保护对策措施,从而达到其种质保存的目的。其中有性繁殖的技术关键在于种子的湿砂贮藏和苗期采取庇荫措施;无性繁殖扦插育苗的关键技术是在自动间歇喷雾条件下,插穗用50 mg/L 1号生根粉溶液浸泡12 h或100 mg/L 1号生根粉溶液浸泡8 h处理,扦插成苗率可达80%左右。A national secondary key protectional wild plant,Neolitsea sericea was described comprehen-sively in germplasm resources,habitat investigation,breeding and cultivating technology,present situation of development and utilization.In order to conserve germplasm resources,corresponding protection countermea-sure was proposed on the basis of characteristics and utilization value of Neolitsea sericea.About sexual repro-duction,wet sand storage of seed and shelter measures at seedling is the key technology;about a...
